Downtown Life

city2.jpg

For those who would prefer the sophistication of a cosmopolitan city lifestyle rather than the tranquility of suburban living; downtown Nashville offers many modern, upscale condominium choices at reasonable prices.  Here at your doorstep you will find fine restaurants, live entertainment, sporting events and much more.

See a Broadway Show on tour at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center, or perhaps a performance of the Nashville Opera, Tennessee Repertory Theatre, or Nashville Ballet.  Attend a classical recital by the Nashville Symphony at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center or a Nashville Predators hockey game at the Sommet Center.

If football is your passion there is both great college ball at Vanderbilt Stadium or professional NFL excitement with the Tennessee Titans at LP Field (still among the least expensive tickets in professional football).

Encore Condominiums

It’s more than a condominium. It’s an attitude. It’s a statement about you and about how the world looks at you. It’s freedom. It’s empowerment. It’s about living a fabulous life. Encore is downtown. In SoBro. New. Cool. Alive 24/7. One beautiful building across from the new Schermerhorn Symphony Center. 20 stories high. So you can see where you’ve been and where you’re going. Encore is about lifestyle and space. A resort that you can call home, with a balcony where you can lift your arms high into the sky and take your well-deserved encore.

Velocity in the Gulch

Affordable downtown living has come to Nashville’s trendy hot spot, the Gulch.  Units in Velocity are cheaper than most downtown housing developments and will be located in the Gulch, at the corner of Eleventh and Pine.  Velocity will feature 265 units and 21,000 feet of retail beneath the four-story building.  Unlike its next-door neighbor, the Icon, also being developed by the Bristol Company, the units will average only 700 square feet and cost a lot less money.  In fact, 80% of the units will sell for less than. $250,000, something downtown Nashville hasn't seen a lot of recently.

Icon in the Gulch

ICON is being constructed on the site of the BellSouth work center building and is the fifth Nashville project for Franklin-based Bristol Development Group, which has developed residential communities in cities throughout the southeast. Nashville Urban Venture is developing the $400 million Gulch project that encompasses approximately 30 acres of land lying west of the CSX Railway, and is bordered by the Demonbreun Street viaduct on the north, 8th Avenue on the east, I-65 on the west, and Division Street on the south. The former industrial area is being reconstructed into a vivacious community where Nashvillians can enjoy fine dining, hot entertainment spots, one-of-a-kind shopping and landmark businesses.

Rythm1.jpg

Rhythm at Music Row

The Rhythm at Music Row is located on Demonbreun Street at the end of Music Row.  A night and daytime hotspot, the area is home to big names in the music industry and an eclectic collection of local restraurants, nightclubs, and boutiques.  Retail/Office space on the ground floor of the Rhythm will face the street and complete the row of shops and eateries on Demonbreun Street.
